We keep our finger on the pulse of the workforce needs of employers, assist in profiling middle-skilled occupations and look for industry drivers for new and emerging jobs.  We work to inform workforce development stakeholders about what employers are looking for planning resources and to inform job seekers, career counselors, trainers and educators in the current and future labor force.
